I Get Why It's Called Study Week and Not Study Break Now

*First of all: I'd like to apologize to everyone for my inconsistent blog posts. This shouldn't happen anymore and you'll will be updated as usual. I might start grouping two or three days together, and won't take my laptop on trips, but I will still try to update everyone when I can.*

So, without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, I give you...my weekend:

Friday: I finished my Christology paper, but when I went to the Theology Office to turn it in, they were on lunch break. So, I spent an hour enjoying the warm sunshine by taking a walk around campus. Once, I turned it in, I came home to have Cassie say her cousin and her cousin's friends were visiting in Dublin and wanted to meet for dinner. We all accompanied her and yes, I ate at a new pub called The Turk's Head. It was semi-fancy, very pricey, but I met new girls and was able to see Dublin start setting up for Saint Patrick's day, so it was still a good time. I also got a card from Grandma Kay and Bob, which was such a nice surprise!

Thank you, you two!
Saturday: Plan, plan, plan. Suze, Sara, Cassie and I booked hostels for Italy, and talked about what we wanted to see in each place. I read a lot of my readings for my papers, and realized I have two six page essays due the Monday I get back from break, one of which is a final exam. Yaaaaaaay. Since Notre Dame has been doing so well in basketball, I went over to watch the game at midnight with Emma and her brother (one had already returned to the states). It was a close game, but Notre Dame pulled through!

Sunday: It's Mother's Day here in Europe, so I'd like to say Happy Mother's day to all the moms reading this. Apparently, people just buy huge sheets of chocolate for mom's along with flowers, because the grocery stores are full of them. I've still been reading for my papers, but I've still had time to miss the mothers in my life. I hope all of you are doing well, and know that I'm thinking about you. Suze also just happened to be on Ryan air and found a nice cheap trip to Morocco, so now I'm flying into Marrakesh on May 10 and I'll be there for four days.

We're not sure what we're going to do tomorrow, but I'll update you on what happens!
