First stop, the Realto Bridge. It was just like I remembered, and I even tried to recreate a picture I took from the last time I was there (didn't quite work out).

We then spent a little time in the square, checking out the shops, the street vendors, and taking pictures of Saint Marco's church. It was under construction, much more than the last time that I saw it.
For lunch, we really wanted to head to a park, so we tried finding a grocery store so that we could have a picnic. We walked along the shore and were immediately distracted by the views, but that's alright.

Eventually, a grocery store was found, apples, yogurt, and sandwiches were bought and a park was found. We sat on some benches to eat, and then found a nice playground to play at for a bit.
We walked along the shore again, and tried to find a cheap boat to take us around, but it was no where to be found. I did, however, find the place where I had my first gelato, which was kind of cool.
We had planned to go to the top of a church for sunset, but it was scheduled to rain for the rest of the night, so no sunset would have been seen. We went back to the hostel and chilled for a bit, until it was time for dinner. We headed to the Jewish ghetto for our last sit down meal in Venice, for we heard that it was supposed to be an interesting scene. There were some nice memorials, and we ended up finding a nice pizza joint with a very flirtatious waiter. Afterwards, we stopped for some gelato in the rain, and then headed in for an early bed time. After all, sleep was necessary if we were to enjoy Easter!
